Bihar Polytechnic (DCECE) Application Form 2025 – Check Important Dates

Candidates who wish to appear in the Bihar Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (DCECE) 2025 are required to fill the online application form on the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECEB) Board conducts the DCECE exam for admission into diploma courses of polytechnic /para-medical in Bihar.

Application Fee

Important Dates to Fill up Bihar Polytechnic Application Form 2025

Online Registration/ Application process for Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination or DCECE will open at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in in May 2025. Notification will be released in March 2025 tentatively.

How to fill DCECE Application Form 2025?

There are some steps to complete the process of online application submission. These steps are explained here to make understand the whole process to the candidate.

Prerequisite:

Documents Required for Filling Up online Bihar Polytechnic Form:

1. Email id / Mobile number
2. Scanned / Soft copy passport size photograph
3. Scanned / Soft copy of Hindi & English signature
4. Aadhar Card
5. Credit card / ATM-cum-Debit card / Net banking / UPI.

First candidates have to visit the official website. The simple steps to fill DCECE Application Form 2025 are as follows.

Step 1: Online Registration

In this step, the candidates have to register themselves for DCECE 2025 by giving the basic information such as name, email id, phone number etc. After giving the necessary information, an activation code will be sent to the registered Phone number and E-mail id. The activation code will be used to activate the candidate’s account. They need to enter the code and click on submit to sign in to the account.

Step 2: Personal Information

In step 2, after activating the account and signing in, the candidates have to enter the personal information about themselves and click on Save and Continue for further steps.

Step 3: Upload Photo and Signature

In this step, the candidate will upload the scanned photograph and signature. The photograph should be coloured with white background and showing the name and date of clicking the photograph. After uploading the scanned documents, click on the Save and Continue button to move to the next step.

Step 4: Educational Qualifications

After uploading and saving the photograph and signature, the candidate needs to fill the educational qualifications. After entering all the details, click on save and continue button to move to the next step.

Step 5: Preview DCECE 2025 Application Form

In this step, the candidate should check thoroughly that all the information entered by him/her is correct. If any mistake is found, then the candidate should click on Back to edit option to rectify the mistake. If no mistake is found, then the candidate should give his/her declaration and do the final submission by clicking on Confirm and Submit.

Step 6: Application Fee Payment

In this step, the candidate has to do the payment for the application process to be successful. Payments can be done by both online and offline methods. The payment once done, will not be returned in any manner by the concerned.

Step 7: Download and Print Application Form

Now, the candidate has to download the complete application form and keep with him/her. The application form will have two part: Part A and Part B. They need to download and print both the parts. The complete application form should not be sent to the department but should be carried at the time of counselling process.

DCECE 2025 Application Form Correction

BCECE Board will provide the facility of correcting the application form after the completion of the application process. This option will be available for only those candidates who have successfully registered themselves for DCECE 2025 before the last date. Those who find the mistake in their application form can correct them within the stipulated time.

After the given date, no correction will be accepted by the  Board and candidates will not be able to modify any details. Hence it is advised that the candidates should thoroughly check their application before doing the final submission so as to avoid facing any difficulties.
