Educational Qualifications for DEE Assam Teacher Posts
Assistant Teacher for Lower Primary Schools:
- Qualification: Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
- Professional Training: A 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or its equivalent.
- TET Requirement: Passed Assam TET or Central TET for the Lower Primary level.
Assistant Teacher for Upper Primary Schools:

Hindi Teacher for Upper Primary Schools:
- Qualification: Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects from a UGC-recognized university.

DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2025 – Age Limit:
Candidates must meet the following age criteria as of the specified cut-off date:
